We currently operate two 24 hour mobile hose trucks to cater for on-site hydraulic hose repairs in the Central Victorian area. The Mobile Hose trucks have been designed and fitted out with the intention of a true On-Site Hose and Fittings service. We carry a large array of hose and fittings. This means we can often arrive at a job, remove the hose, manufacture a replacement and return the machine or plant to operation without having to return to the warehouse to obtain the correct hose or fittings. Reducing travel time, labour time and most importantly down-time. This is the service our competitors often suggest, but rarely deliver.

We can also manufacture and plumb new Hydraulic Tubing and Hoses, priding ourselves on the quality of our workmanship to produce a neat quality finish as evidenced on our Drill Rigs.

We cater for all hydraulic hose repairs and both units are fitted with hose & fittings to replace hoses up to 2" multi spiral hose. The fully equipped trucks also carry our own "Hose Hog" Presses which make CAT high pressure re-usable style Hose Ends a breeze.

All hoses are internally cleaned and tagged prior to reinstallation on your equipment. We use & recommend RYCO quality Hydraulic Hose & Fittings in the trucks. Our service technicians are trained to quickly & efficiently get your plant back into production.
